A burning desire leads a sales professional towards success. As a sales person works every now and then for the success and to produce result. So, it doesn't matter how skilled a person is but what really matters is the attitude and willingness to learn the skill. So, if a professional develops this burning desire inside himself, the the success gets assured in his journey as this is the primary element.

Selling is a win-win or lose-lose game. When we try to sell something to someone, then we try to provide some value, benefits, profits or solution to the person, in exchange of money, time or some value. If we are not doing this then it is not called ethical selling. So, at that point in time the sales person fails to close the deal. If anyhow he manages to close that deal by convincing the customer or does the same forcefully, then the customer buys at that point in frustration but in future he or she never buys from the same person again. This is called lose-lose situation in selling. At the other hand, if the salesman manages to deliver good value or benefits to its customer, then the deal gets closed at that point and moreover the same customer loves to buy again from the same seller again in future, repeatedly and remains a loyal customer. Both the seller and buyer parties gets benefited by this practice. Hence, this is called win-win situation in selling.

  सेल्स को एक बोहोत महान बृति के रूप मैं देखा जाता है। जिसमे इंसान वित्तीय स्वतंत्रता को हासिल कर सकता है। इसके लिए हमें कुशल होना होता है। मगर कुछ लोग इस बृति से दूर भागते हैं या इससे आदर नहीं करते। इसका कारण ये होता है की सेल्स करने की मौलिक नियम तथा कौशल उनको पता नहीं होता है। इसलिए एक विक्रेता अपने मानसिकता मैं कुछ मौलिक परिबर्तन लाकर इस बृति मैं महारथ हासिल कर सकते है।

एक अच्छा चरित्र जीवन मैं सफल होने मैं बोहोत मदत करता है। एक अच्छा चरित्र इंसान को महँ भी बनता है। अच्छे चरित्र से हम पुरे दुनिया को आकर्षित कर सकते हैं और प्रेरित कर सकते है। इसलिए ये हमारे जीवन का एक जरूरी हिस्सा है। इसका निर्माण करना थोड़ा कठिन जरूर है मगर निष्ठा के साथ इसको बनाया जा सकता है। कुछ सिद्धांतों को ध्यान में रखते हुए अगर हम एक चरित्र निर्माण के ऊपर ध्यान दें तो हम जरूर एक आदर्श चरित्र का निर्माण कर सकते हैं।

  अगसर लोग अपने नाकमाईबी का जिम्मेदार अपने घर या गाँव के बाताबरण को ठहराते है। वे कहते हैं की अगर मेरे पास ये होता तोह सायद मैं ऐसा नहीं होता, अगर मेरे घर के लोग या माता पिता थोड़े और जिम्मरदार होते तोह मैं और भी अच्छा कर सकता था। मगर दोस्तों कीचड मैं भी कमल का फूल खील सकता है, इसलिए अगर मनुष्य अपने इच्छा शक्ति को दृढ़ करे और प्रयाश करना न छोड़े तो वो भी कमल के फूल के तरह ही एकदम से बिपरीत बाताबरण मैं भी बिकाश कर पायेगा और खील उठेगा।

ज्ञान एक ऐसा धन होता है जिसको कोई आपसे छीन नहीं सकत। ये कभी भी चोरी नहीं हो सकता। बल्कि इस धन को आप जितना ज्यादा बांटोगे ये उतना ही ज्यादा बढ़ेगा। इसलिए अपने ज्ञान को हमेशा दूसरों के साथ बांटना चाहिए। ज्ञान के बृद्धि होने के कारण अपने जीवन मैं सफलता के सारे मार्ग खुल जाते है। और इसी ज्ञान के कारण लोग हमसे प्रेरित भी होते हैं।  

दोस्तों जीवन में हमारे पास बोहोत कुछ होते हुए भी हम कभी खुश नहीं होते। इसका कारण ये होता है की हम किसी और का सालों का मेहनत अपने वर्तमान या फिर अपने एक दिन या कुछ दिन से करते हैं। इसलिए वो जैसे बरताओ करते हैं हम एक दम वैसा ही करने का प्रयत्न करते हैं। इसका नतीजा हमारे लिए हमेशा बुरा ही होता है। इसलिए कवि ने कहा है की, "जब तक सफल न हो जाओ, नींद चैन को त्यागो तुम, संघर्ष का मैदान छोड़ कर मत भागो तुम।"
